Deloitte, PwC and KPMG have launched an attack on the Internal Revenue Service, IRS, accusing it of “a pattern of arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable conduct” against multinational companies, Stephen Foley of The Financial Times reports. The three accounting firms made the claim in a court filing supporting Coca-Cola’s (KO) attempt to overturn a ruling by the agency that could cost the company $18B.
