Citi downgraded Delivery Hero (DLVHF) to Sell from Neutral with a price target of EUR 26, down from EUR 28. Delivery Hero’s current valuation does not fully capture the increasingly competitive landscape, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Citi adds that Meituan-backed Keeta’s aggressive expansion in Saudi Arabia has been high effective at capturing traffic share, and there’s further risks that Meituan expands into other MENA markets in FY25-26.
