Argus lowered the firm’s price target on Darden to $175 from $186 but keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s operating margin fell to 13.4% to 13.5% though it otherwise reported a “solid” Q4, and given its prospects for improving margins and earnings, the firm sees the stock as “attractive” at current levels, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Darden should also exceed its FY25 guidance as it benefits from efforts to expand takeout and delivery orders and simplify its menus, the firm added.
