Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on Danone to EUR 65 from EUR 66 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. While the firm continues to believe that Danone’s portfolio offers higher growth than consensus assumes, it also sees pricing moderating faster than previously anticipated and assumes this low pricing is maintained in the future, so it is updating estimates to reflect this.
