Wolfe Research upgraded Danaher (DHR) to Outperform from Peer Perform with a $285 price target The shares have fallen over 10% in the past week, a move that is unwarranted as Danaher’s “fundamental setup remains unscathed,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. For 2025, the firm’s model contemplates 6% core sales growth and 29% operating margin, translating to earnings per share of $8.25. The shares should see some degree of multiple expansion and there will be upward revisions to consensus estimates throughout fiscal 2025, which should drive the stock beyond the price target and lead it to outperform peers, contends Wolfe.
