As previously reported, DA Davidson analyst Peter Winter initiated coverage of Regions Financial with a Buy rating and $25 price target. Regions, which he says is among the top tier of regional banks in terms of ROA, ROE and efficiency ratio and calls "the best managers of the balance sheet from an interest rate perspective," should be "well prepared for any scenario," Winter tells investors.
