Venafi contributed to CyberArk’s results in the fourth quarter of 2024 and did not contribute to the first, second and third quarter periods. The guidance for the first quarter and full year 2025 includes the expected contribution from the acquisition of Zilla Security, which closed on February 12, 2025.”
