CubeSmart raises quarterly dividend 2% to 52c per share

CubeSmart (CUBE) announced that its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly dividend of 52c per common share for the period ending December 31, 2024. The dividend is payable on January 16, 2025 to common shareholders of record on January 2, 2025.
