After meeting with CrowdStrike (CRWD) CFO Burt Podbere, Jefferies said the company views Google (GOOGL) acquiring Wiz “positively.” It will take time to fully integrate Wiz tech into Google Cloud Platform, which should benefit CrowdStrike, whose agent architecture was viewed as a competitive advantage compared to Wiz’s agentless offering, the analyst tells investors. The firm maintains a Buy rating and $425 price target on CrowdStrike shares.
