Loop Capital raised the firm’s price target on Crocs (CROX) to $125 from $110 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm is more positive on the stock after its store checks while noting that its valuation is attractive and consensus estimates are conservative, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Management expects DTC to grow this year at Hey Dude, and Loops is raising its Q1 sales expectation from 1% to 3% growth in the channel based on what it sees as improving product and limited promotions while also noting that Hey Dude laps its easy comparisons.
