Credit Suisse’s (CS) London High Court lawsuit against Softbank (SFTBY) is now in doubt after the Swiss bank was rescued by UBS (UBS), which counts SoftBank as a client, Owen Walker of The Financial Times reports. UBS’s top legal team has been assessing Credit Suisse’s lawsuits to determine which ones to pursue. These deliberations come as SoftBank was beignning its defense in the case with Credit Suisse over its $440M losses tied to Greensill Capital.
