Baird analyst David Rodgers raised the firm’s price target on Cousins Properties (CUZ) to $34 from $33 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm noted theu acquisition of Sail Tower for $521M and noted investor feedback has been positive, and they expect deal activity to continue, as the company’s strong balance sheet allows it to play offense in a dislocated market.
