Baird analyst David Rodgers raised the firm’s price target on Cousins Properties to $32 from $31 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst said while many investors worry about the impact of technology and media leasing appetites for Office, these tenants remain core to the U.S. economy and its growth. Baird said it remains among the best in the Office space.
