Loop Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Costco (COST) to $1,135 from $1,150 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q2 earnings were a bit light of consensus despite upside to sales estimates, driven by a deceleration in gross margin expansion, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm adds however that while adverse FX negatively impacted international segments, they both beat consensus on a core basis.
