Compass Point upgrades Horizon Technology to Neutral after recent depreciation

As previously reported, Compass Point upgraded Horizon Technology (HRZN) to Neutral from Sell with an unchanged price target of $8.25. While noting that results for the last nine quarters have been “dismal,” with a “noteworthy” combined ($121.1M) in investment losses, shares including the dividend now indicate a positive 12-month return after recent depreciation, the analyst tells investors.
