Commerce issues final determination in antidumping duty investigation

The U.S. International Trade Administration has issued a final determination in the antidumping duty and countervailing duty investigations of aluminum lithographic printing plates from the People’s Republic of China and Japan. The final determination includes the imposition of duties of up to 317% on imported aluminum lithographic printing plates from China, a favorable decision for Eastman Kodak.
