Piper Sandler raised the firm’s price target on Coca-Cola (KO) to $80 from $73 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm believes the company has both strong near-term momentum and a solid long-term algorithm, with good visibility on the building blocks of its long-term momentum. It has tailwinds from solid industry growth momentum, competitive advantages for meaningful share gains, an “All-Weather” approach for all beverage occasions, and consumer centric marketing, Piper adds.
