Berenberg lowered the firm’s price target on CNH Industrial to $25 from $31 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. CNH is well placed to exploit two of the most robust structural trends in the agricultural machinery industry: artificial intelligence and and sustainability, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes this exposure will help CNH to deliver a growing cash flow stream and through-the-cycle earnings. Its business model is now straightforward and focused on end-markets where it has a strong and unique position, says Berenberg.
