Jeffrey Powell, a member of CNB Financial and CNB Bank boards of directors, was elected chairperson of both boards by his fellow Directors, effective January 1, 2024. Powell has been a CNB Director since 1994. He will succeed the current chairperson of the board, Peter Smith, who provided the CNB Boards with notice of his intention to step down as Chairperson at the end of 2023.
