Citi says possible Sodexo, Aramark deal ‘unlikely to progress’

Citi analyst Leo Carrington says that without more information, the firm sees limited strategic rationale for Sodexo (SDXAY) acquiring Aramark (ARMK). Bloomberg reported Sodexo is considering an acquisition of Aramark. Citi’s first thoughts are that this acquisition “is unlikely to progress.”
