Citi (C) said it promoted over 8,500 staff as of January 1 as part of its year-end process, Reuters’ Tatiana Bautzer reports. “This is in addition to the nearly 23,000 Citi colleagues who were promoted throughout 2024 as they took on new roles to grow their careers and drive Citi’s future success,” the company said.
