Cion Investment declares 5c special distribution payable on January 27

CION Investment (CION) Corporation announced that it has declared a special distribution for the year ending December 31, 2024 in the amount of 5c per share, payable on January 27 to shareholders of record as of December 30, which results in total distributions declared in 2024 of $1.52 per share. The special distribution represents a portion of the Company’s investment company taxable income generated through the course of the year. Michael A. Reisner, co-CEO of CION stated, “We are pleased to announce a year-end special dividend for 2024, driven by the consistent income generation of our portfolio.
