China’s antitrust watchdog, the State Administration for Market Regulation, has begun laying the groundwork for a potential probe into Apple’s (AAPL) policies and fees it charges app developers, Pei Li of Bloomberg reports. These policies and fees include taking a cut of as much as 30% on in-app spending and preventing external payment services, people familiar with the matter said.
