Maxim analyst Tate Sullivan lowered the firm’s price target on Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service to $4 from $5 but keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results were “mixed” and reflected on price competition in China for luxury vehicles, which is expected to continue, as its revenue was significantly below forecast, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Maxim adds however that Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service can leverage its existing infrastructure of warehouses and its experience exporting luxury vehicles to grow U.S. logistics revenue by offering financial services, transportation services, and warehousing to import and export companies in the U.S. that transport different types of goods.
