Cheche Technology receives noncompliance notification from Nasdaq

Cheche announced that it has received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq dated March 10, informing the company that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550. As previously announced, the company received a notification letter dated November 15, 2024 from Nasdaq indicating that the closing bid price of the company’s Class A ordinary shares has been below the minimum bid price of $1.00 required for continued listing under the Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550 for a period of 30 consecutive business days.
