B. Riley analyst Alex Rygiel raised the firm’s price target on Century Communities (CCS) to $119 from $113 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Century Communities reported Q3 results that were mostly in-line to ahead of the firm’s expectations, and signs are pointing to strong growth ahead, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm notes that community count was a record 305, notably increasing 15% sequentially and 21% year over year, aided by the acquisition of Anglia Homes in July, and total lot inventory exceeded 80,000, setting the stage for strong growth in 2025 and beyond. Century Communities is well-positioned to benefit from firm housing demand and affordability concerns with its Century Complete brand and entry into lower-cost growth markets, B. Riley argues.
