Centerspace upgraded to Buy, added to ‘REIT Honorable Mentions’ list at Janney

As previously reported, Janney Montgomery Scott analyst Robert Stevenson upgraded Centerspace (CSR) to Buy from Neutral with a $72 fair value estimate and added the stock to the firm’s “REIT Honorable Mentions List” for 2025. The firm likes the company’s business model and management team, stating that its upgrade reflects these factors as well as the stock’s current valuation, which “remains the cheapest among the investable apartment REITs,” the analyst tells investors.
