Celularity announced that the company received notification from the Listing Qualifications department of Nasdaq stating that because the company has not yet filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30 and because the company remains delinquent in filing its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, it does not comply with the Nasdaq continued listing requirements which require listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Nasdaq’s notice has no immediate effect on the listing of Celularity’s common stock and warrants, which continue to trade on Nasdaq.
