BofA analyst Salvator Tiano lowered the firm’s price target on Celanese (CE) to $72 from $88 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Following “another disappointing earnings report and outlook,” the firm made a “significant lowering” of its earnings estimates, but believes that Q4/Q1 represent Celanese’s earning trough and projects improved EBITDA going forward.
