Piper Sandler lowered the firm’s price target on CCC Intelligent Solutions (CCCS) to $11 from $13 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm notes the company reported healthy Q4 results, with top-line and margins coming ahead of consensus. FY25 growth targets were provided with the midpoint beating consensus by $30.5M. However, the midpoint of EBITDA was lower than consensus by $12.3M, due to absorbing a moderate loss from EvolutionIQ, Piper adds.
