Castor Maritime (CTRM) announces that on December 16, 2024, Thalvora Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, completed the acquisition of 26,116,378 shares of common stock representing 74.09% of the share capital of the Frankfurt-listed investment and asset manager MPC Munchmeyer Petersen Capital from Munchmeyer Petersen & Co. GmbH at the agreed price of EUR 7.00 per share, which is equal to an aggregate consideration of EUR 182.8 million.
