Capcom’s (CCOEY) remake of "Resident Evil 4" is the eight biggest physical launch of a game in the franchise in the U.K., surpassing week one sales of the 2005 original "Resident Evil 4" by 29%, Gamesindustry.biz’s Christopher Dring reports. The remake’s debut sales in the U.K. are 23% lower than 2021’s "Resident Evil Village," 38% lower than 2019’s "Resident Evil 2" remake, but 38% higher than 2020’s "Resident Evil 3" remake, the author notes. In January, EA (EA) released a remake of 2008 title "Dead Space," and Dring noted that "Resident Evil 4" remake’s launch was 250% larger than that of "Dead Space." Reference Link
