A spokesman for the Matteson village where a Canadian National train derailed said a white powdery substance seen leaking from one car was tested by the railway, who said it is not hazardous, according to Evelyn Holmes of ABC News. Shares of Canadian National are down 2% to $115.56 following the derailment in Illinois.
