Truist analyst Michael Lewis raised the firm’s price target on Camden Property to $134 from $127 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q2 FFO saw a small beat thanks to better same-store results and lower interest expense than previously modeled, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Supply growth should also begin a gradual decline after Q1 of 2024 while demand likely remains resilient, the firm added.
