BuzzFeed CEO meet with activist Vivek Ramaswamy, Axios reports

Vivek Ramaswamy recently met for more than an hour with and BuzzFeed CEO Jonah Peretti to discuss his activist campaign against the company, Dan Primack of Axios reports. The virtual meeting was amicable and ended with the two sides agreeing to sit down in person later this summer or in early fall, according to Primack. A BuzzFeed spokesperson told Axios: “We appreciate Vivek Ramaswamy’s recommendations, and they will be sent to governance as per the formal process that he is no doubt aware of.”
