Bright Minds Biosciences sells shares at $21.70 in private placement

Bright Minds Biosciences (DRUG) announced a non-brokered private placement of common shares at a price of $21.70 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds of the offering is for up to $35M. Bright Minds intends to use the aggregate gross proceeds from the offering for research and development related to its drug development programs, and general working capital. Shares of Bright Minds are up 35%, or $7.50, to $29.20 in premarket trading.
