BofA analyst Peter Galbo is moving to No Rating on Hershey (HSY) from a previous Neutral rating following a Bloomberg article stating that Mondelez (MDLZ) is exploring a potential acquisition of the chocolate maker. While noting that there is “no certainty of any eventual deal,” the firm moves to No Rating as shares have ceased to trade on fundamentals, the analyst tells investors.
