Southwest Airlines (LUV) plans to offer its pilots reduced hours and, in effect, monthly pay as it deals with higher costs and overstaffing due to delays in aircraft deliveries from Boeing (BA), two people familiar with the matter told Reuters’ Rajesh Kumar Singh.
