BMO Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Bloomin’ Brands (BLMN) to $12 from $16 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 EPS exceeded consensus as tax favorability offset softer comps and lower restaurant margins, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Bloomin also introduced below consensus 2025 guidance and lowered dividend to align payout post Brazil refranchising, BMO added.
