BKV Corp. initiated with a Positive at Susquehanna

Susquehanna initiated coverage of BKV Corp. (BKV) with a Positive rating and $24 price target BKV is unique in the exploration and production space given its net-zero strategy and buildout of a carbon capture business, which can be paired with its upstream operations to sell products at premium prices, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm sees “significant synergies” among BKV’s three business lines and says the combined company should ultimately be more valuable than its individual components.
