Bipartisan House lawmakers have refiled a new version of the States Reform Act, first introduced in 2021, to federally legalize marijuana, Marijuana Moment’s Kyle Jaeger reports, citing the legislation. The text of the new version of the bill, sponsored by Rep. Nancy Mace, is not yet available, but the legislation has a handful of both Democrats and Republicans signed on. Publicly traded companies in the space include Aurora Cannabis (ACB), CV Sciences (CVSI), CannTrust Holdings (CNTTF), Canopy Growth (CGC), Cronos Group (CRON), Goodness Growth (GDNSF), Green Thumb Industries (GTBIF), IGC Pharma (IGC), Tilray (TLRY), Trees Corporation (CANN), Trulieve Cannabis (TCNNF) and Zynerba (ZYNE).
