In a regulatory filing, BioCryst (BCRX) disclosed that on February 28, Anthony Doyle, the CFO of the company, notified it of his intention to resign from his employment, effective April 9. Doyle joined the company in April 2020 and serves as the company’s principal financial officer and interim principal accounting officer. Doyle’s resignation from the company is not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies, or practices. Doyle will continue in his role through April 9 in order to facilitate a smooth transition. The company has engaged in a search for a new CFO.
