Biden’s broadband expansion plan challenged by senators, WSJ reports

Senators Jacky Rosen and John Thune, a Democrat and a Republican, announced a bill that would require the Biden administration to perform an additional review before deciding how much funding each state will receive under the administration’s $42.5B program to expand broadband access, reported The Wall Street Journal’s Ryan Tracy and Patience Haggin. Companies involved in deployment of fiber optics network buildouts include Corning (GLW), Calix (CALX), CommScope (COMM), Harmonic (HLIT), Dycom Industries (DY) and IQGeo Group (IQGLF). Reference Link
