Best Inc. completes going private transaction

Best Inc. (BEST) announced the completion of its merger with Phoenix Global Partners, pursuant to the previously announced agreement and plan of merger, dated as of June 19, 2024, among the company, BEST Global Partners, and Merger Sub. As a result of the Merger, the company has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent and has ceased to be a publicly traded company.
