Beacon initiated with a Buy at Benchmark

Benchmark analyst Reuben Garner initiated coverage of Beacon with a Buy rating and $135 price target. The firm believes the company’s recent strategy to drive better organic growth and operating performance “has legs,” that industry consolidation should continue to be a contributor to results, and doesn’t believe the market is properly valuing the underlying improvements to the roofing products distributor’s business over the past five years.
