Beacon acquires sealants, waterproofing firm DM Figley Company, no terms

Beacon (BECN) announced that it has acquired DM Figley Company. DM Figley, which is headquartered in Menlo Park, California, is a wholesale distributor of sealants, waterproofing & concrete repair materials, serving customers throughout California with additional locations in Anaheim, Oakland, Sacramento and San Diego. “Since 1970, DM Figley has been synonymous with providing quality products for the construction professional, including sealants, waterproofing, epoxies, protective coatings and repair systems. We take pride in our gold-level service, positioning our company as the go-to resource for product information and updates.
