Evercore ISI lowered the firm’s price target on Baxter (BAX) to $45 from $46 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. After earnings, the analyst thinks clarifying the stranded cost impact should instill confidence in Baxter’s ability to hit its 16.5% operating margin target, adding that the firm thinks “there is some conservatism being backed into the 4-5% FY25 outlook.”
