Barclays analyst Richard Hightower initiated coverage of Camden Property (CPT) with an Overweight rating and $138 price target As the firm has pointed out “repeatedly,” comps across the Sunbelt will get much easier beginning in spring/summer 2025, and such changes will be reflected in the firms’ expected FFO growth estimates for 2026, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm noted that while it is true that the leading indicators of Camden’s future same-store revenue got slightly worse in October relative to the Q3 average, markets are generally much more forward-looking than a single data point.
