Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on Bank of America (BAC) to $56 from $54 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The stock underperformed slightly on Thursday despite the company beating Q4 consensus due to an expense miss and higher 2025 expense guidance, the analyst tells investors. Following the report, the firm is raising its 2025 EPS view by less than 1% to $3.87 and is raising its 2026 EPS forecast by 5% to $4.69.
