Oaktree Capital Management is in talks to replace a group led by Nomura Holdings as the main lender to B. Riley Financial (RILY), Todd Gillespie, Jill Shah and Donal Griffin of Bloomberg report. B. Riley is looking for successors to the Nomura-led syndicate as part of a turnaround plan that may see the company spin off its broker-dealer, people familiar with the talks told Bloomberg.
